Apple's New Patent: MacBook Wirelessly Charges IPhone

For Apple, their favorite thing is to strengthen the connection of each product line, which can form a more compact ecology, but also let users get a consistent experience.

From Apple's latest patent application, they have more links between the iPhone and the Mac notebook series, such as the latter can wirelessly charge the former.

This patent describes a lot of devices, one of which is about integrating an induction coil in a MacBook laptop. When your iPhone or Apple Watch is placed on it, you can charge it. Although you will feel disturbed when using your laptop, use an external device. People with monitors, keyboards and mice will find it very useful.

More practically, Apple is also conceiving that when you are on the road, the MacBook's built-in large-capacity battery will charge the iPhone and other devices without booting up or in standby mode.
